• Transporting of horses is generally in risk of the client, as long as an intentional or glossy negligent behavour cannot be proved to the shipping company.
• Transporting of horses, which are difficult to handle during loading or shipping, is generally executed in risk of the employer.
• If one or more horses should be injured during loading or shipping, the risk of damage is on the employer's account, unless a glossy negligent behavour could be proved to the shipping company.
• Damages to the truck, which are caused by a restless or irrepressible horse, are in count of the employer or the animal / animals.
• If an animal is not compliant with transporting and the shipping cannot be continued, the full amount of the costs of the unloaded drive would be charged.
• For transport orders, which are canceled in between one week before the planned shipping date, we are allowed to charge the orginated costs to the employer.
• As is generally known there could be a delay or canceling of shipping orders because of defects on trucks etc.
• We will not take over any commitment caused by such defects.
• Furthermore we will not take over any commitment for damages to persons or propert concerning the shipping.
• Our accomplishements are based on the German Freight Forwarding Conditions (ADSP), latest edition.
